Lol, just when I thought Joon-hyung would turn out to be prince charming, no sooner does he get out of the pool, his face breaks into this cheeky grin and he calls out to Bok-ju as none other than"chubby", presumably her childhood nickname. He recalls her nickname with a fondness of sorts, but still, why go there Joon-hyung, just why!!? /nobigdeal

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-ju - ep1: If you hate your food, give it to a dog. If you hate a person...
After finding out that ep14 was preempted last week (which, noooooooooooooooo) I figured I'd re-watch Weightlifting Fairy all the way from the beginning so I could enjoy the feels a second time round - binge watching somehow makes it all the more sweeter! Having said that, this show crept up on me ever so quietly, but is now the highlight of my week. It's not the most perfect show out there, and there are a lot of elements I wish were done better, but damn does it make you feel alive! On paper, it's nothing but youthful romance, but at heart, it's filled with bitter sweet memories of youth. Them Growing Pains, though! The romance started off sweet, and only gets sweeter as the eps go by...it constantly leaves me wanting moaarrr!! First love. *sigh*

It's all about the feels, dammit!
Every year, I look forward to that one cracktastic drama (or two) which delivers awesomeness in pretty much every aspect. That's always a sure winner. But sometimes, it's the quiet ones which speak to you the most; the kind of dramas which don't make a huge splash, and yet delivers layers of emotions you perhaps weren't quite expecting. Whatever the drama, once you experience the feels, what started out as simply sweet, suddenly turns into something explosive, and that's when you want to rave about it, wishing everyone to experience the same feels as you.
Last year, I had the major case of feels after watching the drama Healer (feels which are still raw by the way) Since then, I've always felt the urge to rave about scenes from my drama viewing experience which bring about a strong case of feels, be it past or present. Sometimes, the feels are still there no matter how many times you re-watch a drama.
Don't care what anyone else says, but when a scene repeatedly makes you giddy with excitement or cry your heart out - that's when you know the feels are real, dammit!
